The Filmmaker
Jean-Baptiste Sankara works behind the camera as a director of photography, camera operator, editor, and producer — bringing a full range of craft to every project. He builds documentary-driven films for nonprofits, foundations, brands, and artists who have something real to say.
Currently Director of Photography and Co-Producer on Play It in Woo — a feature documentary about one of the first prominent Asian American musicians in R&B and funk.
